How fast does shipping take?

Our average fulfillment time is 2 to 5 business days for non-apparel products and 2 to 7 business day for apparel products. Once your product has been fulfilled we take into account the estimated shipping time for your area. This will range greatly, but on average is 6 to 9 days. After fulfillment has been processed and shipment applied you will receive your package no later than two weeks from order!

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns are 100% free. We refund 100% of your purchase price and shipping costs. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You can exchange your item for an item of greater value by paying the difference (it's easy, I promise). What's your refund policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
