Returns

Returns are 100% free. We refund 100% of your purchase price and shipping costs. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are 100% free for exchanges of items that are the same or lesser value. You can exchange your item for an item of greater value by paying the difference (it's easy, I promise). If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@thecuriousplate.com. Once we get the returned item back, we'll ship your exchange. Standard shipping times apply.
